Instead of the usual tortilla chips, we’re using Jackson’s Sweet Potato Chips as the base, which adds a unique sweetness that pairs perfectly with all your favorite nacho toppings. Whether it’s game day or just a craving for something tasty, these nachos are sure to hit the spot!

The Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Jackson's Wavy Sweet Potato Chips (We used Wavy Cheddar & Sour Cream!)
  • Your favorite nacho toppings: cooked and crumbled ground beef, black beans, red onion, tomatoes, radishes, guacamole, cilantro, pico de gallo

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Spread chips evenly on a large, oven-safe platter or baking sheet.

Step 3: Sprinkle the ground beef (if using) over the chips, followed by tomatoes, red onion, black beans, and radishes.

Step 4: Place the nachos in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Step 5: Remove the nachos from the oven and top them with guacamole, chopped cilantro and pico de gallo.

Step 6: Serve immediately and enjoy your loaded sweet potato nachos!
