The piece offers a fantastic look at our journey from a small family project to a growing presence in the better-for-you snack industry. WPR highlighted our dedication to quality, specifically noting how we process fresh, domestically grown sweet potatoes right in our Muskego facility to ensure the best possible flavor and crunch. The article also gave us a chance to discuss our recent expansions and how we are scaling up to meet the demand for nutritious, allergen-friendly snacks. They were especially interested in our simple three-ingredient philosophy—sweet potatoes, avocado oil, and sea salt—and how that focus has allowed us to thrive.
