The Recipe
Ingredients
- Single-serve bag of Jackson's Sweet Potato Chips
- 1 lb ground turkey
- Taco seasoning
- Favorite taco toppings: shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, green onion, cilantro, jalapeños, and of course, avocado.
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add in the ground turkey and cook until it is no longer pink (about 8-10 minutes).
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the taco seasoning. Allow to simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
- Grab your favorite bag of Jackson's chips, we chose Spicy Jalapeño, Sea Salt, & Habanero Nacho. Gently crush the chips in the bag without opening it. Once crushed, cut open the top of each bag.
- Fill each bag with a generous scoop of seasoned taco meat. Then add your preferred toppings.
